Our wine, beer and sake collection, carefully selected through frequent tasting sessions by our panel of experts, is designed to match the melange of herbs and spices in our fine cuisine. Equally intense in nature, these refreshments are chosen to accentuate the unique flavours of each authentic Indian dish.  And serving a wide variety of wines – from bubbly to fresh and citrusy, floral, tropical fruit-scented, barrel aged delicate, bold and tannic and fully mature examples, often in "flights" of three, means that there is always a wine to match every dish.

The panel introduces new wines and sake to our collection from time to time. These collections feature on our special brunch and pairing menus.
