In keeping with tradition & yet innovating, Indian Rice Factory has been serving classic Indian cuisine since 1970. Our vegetables & meats are ordered from premium sources to ensure quality & consistency. We use only freshly ground spices. Some select herbs & spices are flown in from India to guarantee absolute freshness & authenticity in flavour. Each recipe is cooked using a distinct herb and spice combination which assures authentic, subtle, refined and layered flavours. In line with the ways of our ancestors, we have adopted a healthy route to taste, cooking our classic Indian food using minimal oil & salt. Today, when cooking with pre-mixed curry pastes for large volume "mother sauces" is the norm; we continue to cook in small batches to ensure healthy, refreshingly light and delicious authentic cuisine.
